Quick report

Travelled across Western drainages between 10,000 and 11,800’ on 12/6 and observed a snowpack that was wind affected, highly variable and isolated to specific topography, aspect and elevation. No instability observed, just thin cover. On 12/4, Snowslide Spring from 12,000 to 11,000 feet had similar conditions. The forecast discussion from 12/4 (still posted but expired) is representative of what we observed.
