Observation: Naomi Peak

Nice calm day in the mountains with warm temps, overcast sky. The powder from Monday's storm has quickly deteriorated from wind and sun in all but the most shelter areas.

Coverage varies greatly with aspect and elevation. Too many rocks out to snowmobile and too much snow to go out without skis the mountains are difficult to travel in currently but areas that typically hold snow that are well known to ski.

This looks to be a good base at least at tony grove when things really get going next week. I suspect the game will change depending on the amount of weather we will receive.
