I found some very small reactive wind slabs on easterly aspects. These were found on small indicator slopes as well as some of the start zones.

The day was mostly overcast with the occasional break in the clouds. Winds were moderate with strong gusts from the west. It snowed on and off but no real accumulation. Temperature near the summit ranged from 15-21F.

Snowpack

I found 8-10" of new snow at the summit. This recent storm snow is primarily cold, dry and unconsolidated. I did find some buried surface hoar down 8-10". This surface hoar is 3mm in size and was laying flat. I did not find it everywhere, however I did find it in wind protected west and NE aspects. In addition I found a melt freeze crust likely from last Friday/Saturday warmer temperatures. This was found on solar aspects and the thickness was around 1".

At 7,600ft I found the height of snow to be 86" (220cm). The prominent rain crust is down 30" (75cm). I did not get any propagation in an extended column tests or any pops and drops with compression tests. I also did not see any natural avalanches or experience any collapses.
