Quick report
The bowl off the summit between the large cliffs slid today as I was just starting to drop in. There was 5-7" of new snow. Not too windy and the sun was peeking in and out. The area still had some visible tracks down it from the day before even with the new snow. I watched this same spot slide on a skier a few weeks prior so knew there was a potential for it to happen again. Pulled off to the side as i saw the snow crack and let the avalanche slide ahead of me. Overall pretty stable snow. This happened on run #2 of 4 in the bowl.
