Quick report

Well that was a day!  The orographic Irwin magic kicked in and hasn't let up.  Currently sitting at 25" storm total with 2.1" of water, 11" of that fell during the day. It is still snowing 1-2" an hour up here and looks to continue most of the night and possibly into the morning. Ski cutting today produced numerous D1-1.5 soft slabs, primarily in mid and lower slope features, some breaking up to 18" deep but average depth was closer to 10-14". By the end of the afternoon, slabs were getting pushy and we crossed the threshold into explosives mitigation.
