- <p>Dug a quick pit on the ridge connecting Short Swing and The Cone. Aspect was NW, 9200ft. Snow pack depth was 140cm, slope angle 25 degree. Slab was right side up (fist to one 1F) with about 35cm facets at the bottom. Got variable results within the pit (CT25 breaking near the ground on November facets, CTN and ECTX). Basal facets seemed to start healing in some parts of the pit. Riding conditions on low angle terrain were great.</p>
