We did not encounter any avalanche problems. In this area, wind slabs were small and isolated. Wind-sheltered, colder slopes were heavily faceted and generally lacked a slab. Although the sun turned lower elevations moist/wet and unsupportable, we did not encounter any wet avalanche issues.
We ski cut one very small wind slab near an exposed ridge line. Lots of stomping in fresh wind drifts produced minimal cracking that extended only a few feet beyond ski tips.Weather

Low elevation rain, then graupel, then wet heavy flakes. Precipitation essentially ended in Hailey by 9 AM, but small localized snow squalls brought bursts of flakes into the early afternoon. Skies mostly cleared by 230 PM.
Snowpack
There was about 10 cm of recent snow on steep N faces above the mid-March mega crust. HS on these slopes was around 130 cm. The snow below the crust was heavily faceted and weak. ENE slopes had PP/MFcr/DF/MFcr combos near the surface and very weak faceted snow below. Most locations we looked at lacked any real slab.
One ENE counter had a 50 cm 4F faceted crumbly "slab" over weaker snow near the ground. This was the most concerning structure we observed.
Recent snow was baked onto steep sunny slopes. Many S and SW slopes were bare to 8,000' or so.
