- <p>A quick ob to highlight some wind affect on exposed se aspects. The upper 4 to 6" consists of a 3 to 4 finger density wind slab. Hard to isolate in both quick columns and ects. Generally breaking upon isolation. Where I was able to isolate, ectp 1 was common in quick hand ects. This is likely worth noting for tomorrow I assume they will settle out quickly. Minor localized cracking in this wind stiffened snow. Of note is that a skin track from what I assume was earlier this after noon was blown in on exposed sub ridges .</p>
No snow profile. Hand pits on south aspects produced shears/ breaks in the new snow above the underlying crust. On north aspects similar hand pits sheared on top of the of the underlaying snow surface which ranged from a light crust to dense dry snow.
Snow has settled out a bit from yesterday evening in the Brighton perimeter, less bottom feeding.

8 to 12" new depending on elevation in this area from the last two days. On some south aspects the basal 6" is slightly damp and spongy.
