Quick report

Reactive pocket at cliff interface with significant debris accumulation resulting in a higher consequence situation than one would assume based on observations throughout the day and how the bulk of the snowpack was behaving. No signs in the snowpack, minimal roller balls on west ridge from yesterday. Nothing new today but did notice a few damp spots where the sun was lingering on top of the east ridge.

Short crown 20’ or so between cliff bands in wind loaded snow. Significant propagation along edges of rock bands in slide path. We witnessed only minor settling under foot in isolated pockets and no shooting cracks elsewhere.
