Quick report
- Collapsing
- specific
Others in our group experience collapsing and whumpfing on flat terrain that was slightly wind loaded very near the Visitor Center. Height of snow around that area is approximately 110cm (maybe some wind load contributed). We had extremely cold temps ranging from -31 to - 7. There were few clouds and calm to no wind. No precipitation. We did not travel far from the Visitor Center due to the extreme cold. Given the Red Flag obs of collapsing and whumpfing there is obvious instability.
