Quick report

Thunder Mountain 8am: South Aspect 8cm ice crust formed in heavily sun exposed areas, 2 cm ice crust formed in shaded areas. Melissa Coray Peak 12:45 pm: Some pinwheeling on the east aspect of Peak 9795. Everything inside of Emmigrant bowl was rock solid scratchy ice. Even in the SW, S facing California chute which was baking in the Sun for a while before I got there. These rock solid conditions continued all the way down to Emmigrant lake, and some minor slush was only found around 8200 ft.
