Tumalo

Arrived to the summit of Tumalo around 1 pm today, Wednesday 11/25. Snowing all day with moderate/strong wind from the SW created some textured (and deep) snow especially towards the summit. I was able to trigger some small wind slabs at the top of the back bowls with jump cuts and even just whacking the small cornice with my pole. For this reason I opted to ski down the south side through the trees. Snow quality was light, deep, excellent.
