Quick report
Travel was up Butler Fork, a couple runs in the NE facing Wilson Chutes, then the SE facing run off the top of Wilson back into Butler, then on to the E facing bowl off the Butler, Mill A ridgeline. The snow has settled out to full body, medium density powder with boot deep ski penetration. No signs of instabilities noted, not much sluffing even in the steeper terrain, no wind slabs, and no daytime heating to dampen the S facing terrain. The cornices are still large and the overhanging ones are not to be trusted at least until colder temperatures lock them up. There was some evidence of natural activity in the Wilson Chutes that probably occurred Monday morning.

Snowpack
There was less than a inch of new snow in Butler and Wilson today. Soft settled powder on the N end of the compass, settled powder sitting on a thin temperature crust on S aspects, pretty sure the S will still be powder in the AM.
