Quick report
Stayed up at the lookout Saturday night and snowboarded down at first light. About 6” of snow had accumulated above 4500’ but below 3500’ there was still bare ground. Snow was falling all the way down to the trailhead when we left. Some dry sluffing on steep slopes near the top but otherwise no instability was present. We did note some large older slides that are from a previous cycle (pictures included). Additionally one glide crack was observed displaying just how shallow the snowpack is.
