Quick report
Rather unremarkable conditions. Notably wet. We were on the hunt for/suspected wet avalanches but didn't see or trigger any new ones, even on small steep rollovers while skiing down. Minimal rollerballs, even. Despite all this, we still didn't feel comfortable traveling in avalanche terrain. Wet, heavy snow made for challenging skiing.

Misting on and off for the duration of our tour, with a few minutes of rain and southerly breeze while on the lake. Cloud level at about 5500ft for most of the morning, clearing out a bit more by mid afternoon.
Snowpack
The top 6" of snow was wet and snow was moist for another 2ft or so beneath that. We found two layers where water was pooling, 40 and 60cm down. Pit tests didn't yield any results on those layers. Ski penetration was about 20cm, foot penetration was about 40cm.
Avalanche
We didn't see any current avalanche activity. We saw several-day-old D1.5 avalanches, suspected wet loose, and subesequent newer (probably last 24 hours) D1 wet avalanches. We suspected we would trigger very small wet loose avalanches on small, steep rollovers on descent, but even that didn't happen.
