Quick report

Beautiful day with calm winds, no cracking or whoomphing. There's still some good skiing to be found, but the warm temperatures are definitely transforming the snowpack.

This avalanche likely ran during the last storm cycle or shortly thereafter, but did not look like it was from the past day or two. It's notable in that it propagated quite wide, with a secondary crown on the more easterly sub-ridge on the right side of the photo. It looks like the debris travelled over the cliff and caused another crown on the slope just below the cliff. The runout was all the way into the flats. While I didn't venture into the start zone, I imagine the layer this went on his becoming much less reactive as we haven't seen any other similar slides recently.
