Quick report
Went out in search for some of that cold snow on north facing slopes to find that it still exists. Experienced some glopping at/around 5800ft and below that elevation. Lovely cold smoke above that elevation on all north facing aspects. Sun was burning hot and quickly warmed up the snow on all solar aspects. We toured from beaver pond over to spruce park, noting that many runs in that area are called ‘big trees’. Lovely day out with no signs on instability.
