Quick report
ATL ridgetops received light leeward loading, increasing to moderate after 2pm from SW winds. Open slopes ATL were subject to crossloading, evident in snow texture and redirected blowing snow. Overall, wind loaded test slopes proved to be quite stubborn, with the exception of the Cornice fall.

Weather was milder than anticipated until around 1:30pm, with calm to light SW winds. Blowing snow was still observed in open areas BTL/NTL and light flagging ATL at ridgetops and across open slopes. Winds picked up with moderate to strong gusts around 2pm, along with increased blowing snow at all elevations. No precip and clear skies throughout the day. Exited by 3pm.
Snowpack
Overall, wind loaded zones BTL and NTL above Horseshoe Lake were stubborn when tested. No shooting cracks even in firm wind slab.
