Several natural avalanches, mostly on windloaded, sun affected ESE facing slopes. Remotely triggered on small 12-18" crown soft slab avalanche on NE facing rollover at 8200'. Witnessed a couple similar small slides that went naturally. Despite poor viz we noticed a much larger recent natural slide went yesterday in one of the main drains of the E facing gnar that looms over lower Squaw Creek.

Snowpack
Deepest most unsupporting snow I can recall skinning up through. Consistently knee to waist deep for the track setter ascending ENE facing slopes even wearing big (191cm) fat (120mm underfoot) floppy pow skis mounted well back of recommended. We found faint sun crusts in spots about a foot down on sunny slopes up to our high point at 8400'. Snowpack had an upside down feel to it about 12"-18" down. Too unstable to ski the steeps and too deep to ski the mellow.
