- <p>The primary concern going into the series of storms over the next 72hrs is the existing weak surface snow, or the reluctance of storm snow to intially bond to it. 3-5mm surface hoar could also be found in sheltered areas on northelry aspects. Basal weakness have not been found to be a significant concern in the areas observed thus far. </p>
