Quick report

At the elevation that we dug our pits, we observed a robust crust under the 5cm of new snow. The near surface crust was thicker on our SE pit. The upper portions of the snow pack was starting to refreeze and decrease in water content. New snow seemed heavy and was binding well to the supportable curst. No instabilities observed.
