Skier triggered avalanche on a cut bank above a cat track. The slide deposited about 1-1.5m of debris on the cat track. Unknown if skier was carried by silde. There was only one set of tracks in with no tracks out. The slab was very soft, along with the debris. First dog team was on scene within five minutes of the report. The scene was cleared by three WBR dog teams within fifteen minutes of the report. Recco search and beacon search were complete within fifteen minutes. Site was cleared with a fine probe search. Total scene time was less than one hour.
