Quick report

Spent the morning in Gulf of slides skiing gullies 1, 2, and 3. While the old surface poked through in isolated locations, paths were largely filled with new snow. This snow received strong sunlight all morning, but no signs of warming were observed in our time (left by 1230). New snow amounted to roughly 3-5" of 4F-F hard snow in the upper paths and 1-3" lower down. Drifts were stubborn to propagate and only localized cracking was observed. The exit to gully 3 was a bit scrappy, but manageable. GOS ski trail skied well considering the recent weather.
