Quick report
- Cracking
- isolated
We found very few signs of instability where we traveled other than the obvious signs of warming - pinwheels, roller balls and tree bombs. The light snow from earlier this week is now a bit heavier. Good skiing was had in smooth undisturbed areas on N aspects. We skied hot pow on south aspects as well as a refrozen surface later in the day(less fun). Only observed isolated cracking in the skin track above 4700' on Wright Mountain in wind affected snow. Plenty of rollerballs and pinwheels on solar aspects with no entrainment into your traditional loose wet slide.
