Quick report
It's pretty safe to say there is no avalanche hazard on Blewett Pass at the moment. There are plenty of "exposed early season hazards", however. If you're just looking for a bit of exercise, take your skis for a walk up the roads and established trails for a rather pleasant outing. Otherwise, the lack of snow makes recreating off trail out of the question.

A mild day; calm wind from the west and clear skies. The truck read 25 degrees F in the morning at the trailhead. I recorded 29 degrees F around 1130a at 5500 ft. Back at the truck in the afternoon, it then read 40 degrees F.
Snowpack
From 3800-4600 ft, there is an average of 5-15cm (2-6in) of snow in shaded areas. From 4600-5500 ft, there is an average of 15-25cm (6-10in). I suspect that similar depths exist until you start getting above around 6k.
Snow surfaces are as one might expect: nonexistent/icy/bulletproof underneath thick canopy, soft in open shaded areas, and melt-freeze cycling in sunny areas (or melted out). I observed widespread surface hoar development in most open areas, anywhere from 1-6mm. The snow underneath is faceting to the ground, interrupted by a thin and friable ice lense buried 12cm (5in) deep. The faceting snow is quite soft and loose.
