Forecast Snow Stability: Little change is expected. The patchy snow will continue to slowly thaw but will remain well bonded. Largest areas will be found in North to East facing corries above 900 metres. Both rock and ice fall will be a hazard in steep terrain during prolonged thaw periods. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: A dry day with the freezing level remaining above the summits. Winds will ease throughout to become light Southerlies by the afternoon. Observed Weather Influences: A bright day with some cloud around the summits, dry throughout. Winds were moderate from the West. Freezing levels above the summits. ObservedSnowStability: The patchy snow cover is thawing at all levels with the majority of remaining snow now soft and well consolidated. There is little snow cover below 900 metres, greatest amounts are around corrie rims mainly on North to Easterly aspects. The avalanche hazard is Low.
