In some regions 10 to 20 cm of snow, and even more in some localities, will fall above approximately 1200 m. The avalanche danger will increase but remain within the current danger level.

5 to 10 cm of snow fell in the last few days above approximately 2000 m. The small quantity of fresh snow and isolated wind slabs are lying on a crust. Faceted weak layers exist in the old snowpack especially on steep northeast, north and northwest facing slopes. The conditions below approximately 3000 m are spring-like, especially on very steep sunny slopes.

At elevated altitudes easily released wind slabs will form. On very steep northeast, north and northwest facing slopes and above approximately 2300 m individual small and medium sized avalanches are possible as a consequence of the new snow. The fresh wind slabs can be released by a single winter sport participant and reach medium size. The prevalence of avalanche prone locations and likelihood of triggering will increase in the afternoon.

In some localities increase in danger of dry avalanches as a consequence of new snow and wind.
