Individual avalanche prone locations for dry avalanches are to be found in particular on very steep shady slopes above approximately 2000 m. Mostly avalanches are medium-sized. Apart from the danger of being buried, restraint should be exercised in particular in view of the danger of avalanches sweeping people along and giving rise to falls.

Little snow will fall. Above approximately 2000 m: Avalanche prone weak layers exist in the bottom section of the snowpack on northwest, north and northeast facing slopes. In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. Below approximately 2000 m: The snowpack will be moist. The weather conditions as the day progresses will give rise to slight softening of the snowpack.
