Avalanche Summary

Most slopes are generally free of avalanches. Watch for small isolated pockets of wind-drifted snow on steep slopes at upper elevations. If you were to trigger an avalanche, it would be small, but could cause a nasty tumble over shallow rocks in extreme terrain.
