Skies will be mostly clear on Wednesday above areas of valley fog. Temperatures will drop to around 10 degrees at the upper elevations and to near zero in the valleys overnight and rise into the 20s during the day. Winds will be northwesterly at 5 to 10 miles per hour and slightly higher along the Continental Divide in the Togwotee Pass area. The general avalanche hazard is expected to be MODERATE at the mid and upper elevations. Pockets of slab up to two feet in depth could be human triggered in steep terrain. Avalanches are unlikely at the lower elevations.
