    Wet loose slides are possible on very steep slopes after crusts soften and could pull out deeper layers. These slides may step down to the ground on very steep slopes where the snow is wet, loose and unconsolidated.

    Dangerous slab avalanches will be possible in steep avalanche paths during the heat of the day. These slabs could fail on buried layers of faceted snow and could be triggered by snowmachines or skiers. Once crusts have softened avalanche terrain should be avoided.

( Discussion is generated from the previous day's afternoon forecast. )High pressure will keep skies mostly clear Saturday night through Monday. Clear nights will allow good cooling with mountain lows dropping to 20 degrees Sunday morning. Temperatures will warm rapidly with sunrise and highs will reach into the upper 30s or warmer. Winds at 10,000 feet will be westerly at 10 miles per hour.Crusts will form overnight on most slopes for good morning stability. Rapid warming with the sun will increase the chance of triggering wet-loose slides in the Tetons and possibly deeper slabs in the Togwotee Pass and Greys River areas. The General Avalanche Hazard will be LOW in the Morning then rise to MODERATE when crusts break down.
