Further increase in danger of dry avalanches as the snowfall becomes more intense. The new snow is bonding poorly with the old snowpack in many places. The new snow can be released easily or naturally in all aspects and generally above the tree line. Many medium-sized and large natural avalanches are possible. The current avalanche situation calls for extensive experience in the assessment of avalanche danger and careful route selection.

Over a wide area over a wide area 50 to 70 cm of snow will fall until the evening above approximately 1500 m. The new snow will be deposited on soft layers in all aspects above approximately 1800 m. Towards its base, the snowpack is largely stable; its surface consists of loosely bonded snow.
