Forecast Snow Stability: The patchy snow will be well bonded and generally stable in all locations. It will firm up slightly in the cooler conditions above 1000 metres. The greatest snow accumulations will be on North to East aspects above 900 metres, with smaller snow patches below this altitude. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Another dry day with no precipitation expected. The freezing level will be at or around summit levels overnight rising above the highest summits during the morning. Overnight, strong South-South-Westerly winds will gradually ease and back to become moderate Southerlies. Observed Weather Influences: A dry and cooler day, with the freezing level at or around summit levels. Winds were fresh South-Westerlies. ObservedSnowStability: The remaining snow is patchy, well bonded and generally stable. Above 1000 metres it has firmed up slightly in the cooler conditions.
