Generally safe avalanche conditions exist. You might be able to trigger small wet avalanches in the afternoon. Avoid steep, sunny slopes with terrain traps such as a creek, a lake, or a cliff below you. Continue to practice safe travel techniques including carrying a beacon, shovel, and probe even during generally safe periods if you are in or anywhere near avalanche terrain.
