Welcome to the 2024/25 Season!

We're back in the office and soon to be out in the field, and we'll start updating forecasts as conditions warrant. A series of storms since mid October brought 1'-2' of snow to the mountains. Time and warm temperatures have caused the snow to settle and there is now about 6" of snow at the bottom of North Creek, and likely 12"-18" in favored locations at upper elevations. There isn't much of a threat for avalanches at this time but as always, suspect smooth, rounded deposits of wind drifted snow that may sound or feel hollow underneath. Even a small ride in an avalanche at this time would be an extremely rough ride.

Conditions are very thin and rocks, trees, and stumps pose serious hazards. Recreating off of snow covered roads is not recommended.
