GC for 5/2 Old snowpack, refreezing, well bonded and stable. Isolated shallow windslab, NE to SE above 850m. Low Hazard.
Forecast Snow Stability: The older snowpack will be well bonded and stable and refreeze in the colder temperatures. Isolated areas of moderately bonded windslab that exist on North-East to South-East aspects above 850 metres will persist. These areas are neither extensive or deep and will be confined to wind sheltered areas such as gullies or coire rims. The avalanche hazard will be Low.
