Tetons

Pockets of slab up to five feet in depth have been triggered by large cornice drops on steep upper elevation couloirs on Cody Peak in the Teton Range during the last two days. Similar events are possible today on very steep wind loaded slopes and cliff areas situated beneath large cornices. Loose snow and wet slides are possible at all elevations on steep sunlit aspects as the day warms.
