Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack will continue to consolidate and stabilise on all aspects and altitudes and be deep and soft in some places at lower elevations, where it will remain generally stable throughout. Any cornices above SE to SW aspects will remain unstable. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Light South-West winds will veer to become North-Easterly during the day. Clear and dry, with cool inversion conditions throughout. Observed Weather Influences: A dry clear day with very light winds on the tops. Freezing level rising to summit levels during the day. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack continues to consolidate and stabilise on all aspects and altitudes. Sometimes deep and soft in places at lower elevations, it remains generally stable throughout. Any cornices above SE to SW aspects remain unstable. The avalanche hazard is Low.
