Avalanche Summary

Most slopes are safe to ride. Close to ridgelines and in gullies, look for clean, white pillows of firm snow where the wind has drifted snow. You can work around these areas to reduce your hazard. Even a small slide can have large consequences over cliffs and rocks in extreme terrain.
