Avalanche Summary
Avalanche conditions are generally safe. You might be able to trigger a small avalanche in recently drifted snow. You can avoid this isolated concern by traveling around rounded pillows of drifted snow just below ridges or along gullies. Drifted slopes above terrain traps are a worrisome combination, where even small slides could bury you more easily.
