Forecast Snow Stability: Further snowfall and drifting of deposits will continue to form unstable windslab in wind sheltered locations on West to North aspects above 900 metres where avalanches are likely. South-West and some North-East aspects will also be affected. Moderately bonded windslab will be present below this altitude and above 700 metres. Fragile cornices will continue to develop. Slopes exposed to the wind will be scoured and icy. The avalanche hazard will be Considerable.
