As a consequence of warming during the day and the solar radiation, the likelihood of dry and wet avalanches being released will increase.
Wind slabs can as before be released, mostly by large loads and reach medium size. This applies especially in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain in particular above the tree line, and on very steep shady slopes. Here avalanches can be released in deep layers of the snowpack. As a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation small and medium-sized natural moist avalanches are possible below approximately 2800 m, in particular on sunny slopes, and in steep rocky terrain.
The clearly visible wind slabs of the weekend remain in some cases prone to triggering on very steep shady slopes above approximately 2300 m. In some places new snow and wind slabs are lying on a hard crust. Faceted weak layers exist deeper in the old snowpack here. Outgoing longwave radiation during the night will be good. Early morning: Towards its surface, the snowpack is stable and its surface has a melt-freeze crust. Sunshine and high temperatures will give rise from early morning to increasing moistening of the snowpack in particular at low and intermediate altitudes.
