Low avalanche danger will be encountered over a wide area.

Currently there are favourable conditions. Fresh wind slabs are small and can only be released in isolated cases. Such avalanche prone locations are to be found on very steep shady slopes at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions and adjacent to ridgelines, especially in the south. Isolated mostly small gliding avalanches are possible on steep grassy slopes.

In particular in the south 5 to 10 cm of snow will fall. The wind will be strong in some regions. In all regions only a small amount of snow is lying for the time of year. At low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.

A favourable avalanche situation will persist.
