Avalanche Summary
Most slopes are composed of weak, cohesionless snow and are safe from avalanches. The only areas you should approach with some caution are where you find stiff, hollow, wind-drifted snow just below ridgelines. There's a small chance you could pop out a small pocket of snow if you found just the right spot.
Expect a rise in danger on Saturday as a potentially juicy winter storm impacts the region.
