In all regions from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.

Little snow has fallen in some localities. The old snowpack is faceted and weak. In high Alpine regions snow depths vary greatly, depending on the infuence of the wind. Also at intermediate and high altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.

The avalanche prone locations are very rare. The small wind slabs of last week can still be released in some cases especially on extremely steep shady slopes above approximately 2400 m. In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard crust.
