Over a wide area 15 cm of snow, and up to 60 cm in some localities, will fall in the next few hours above approximately 2500 m. This snow can be released easily or naturally in all aspects above the tree line. In particular in the regions exposed to heavier precipitation many medium-sized and, in isolated cases, large avalanches are to be expected as the snowfall becomes more intense.
Over a wide area 15 cm of snow, and up to 60 cm in some localities, will fall in the next few hours above approximately 2500 m. Over a wide area new snow is lying on a weakly bonded old snowpack. Avalanches can be released in deeper layers very easily.
