As a consequence of the snowfall numerous dry and moist avalanches are possible on Thursday, in particular medium-sized ones.

The avalanche prone locations are to be found on steep shady slopes above approximately 1600 m and adjacent to ridgelines.

Snowpack Structure

The fresh snow and the wind slabs that are forming especially above approximately 1600 m can be released by a single winter sport participant in particular on northeast to northeast to northwest facing aspects.
