On Monday skies will be mostly cloudy with mountain snow showers. Temperatures will rise into the 20s in the mountains and into the 30s in the valleys. Winds will decrease and back towards the south. The general avalanche hazard expected to be MODERATE at the mid and upper elevations. Humans who venture into steep terrain could trigger dense slab avalanches up to 30 inches in depth. The hazard at the lower elevations is expected to be LOW.
