The general avalanche hazard is LOW this morning, rising to MODERATE in the afternoon. Isolated pockets of soft slabs from the weekend's storm could be triggered by backcountry enthusiasts on steep, shaded slopes. As the day warms wet slides will become a concern on southerly aspects. Stay off steep, south facing slopes and gullies in the afternoon.
